At Pura Vida Pilates, we are dedicated to providing a serene space where individuals of all levels can explore the transformative benefits of Pilates. Located at The Wharf in Orange Beach, Alabama, our boutique studio is your happy place, reformed. We offer a wide variety of expert-led classes in a welcoming environment designed to foster balance, strength, and empowerment. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our instructors are here to help you reconnect with your body, reset your mind, and feel your best inside and out.
Classes
Find the perfect class for your level and schedule. All classes are led by certified instructors in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Intro to Reformer
Required for anyone new to Reformer Pilates. It is a foundational class where you'll learn the basics of Pilates, machine setup, safety, and essential movements. The flow will be gentle and designed to get you used to our movements and ready for your first reformer flow class.
Grip socks are required for all classes.
Available for purchase at the studio.
Reformer Flow - level 1
Open to all levels, but if you're new to Reformer Pilates, you must first complete our Intro to Reformer class, to ensure you're familiar with the equipment and fundamentals. This is a dynamic, full-body workout that builds strength, flexibility, balance, and control.
Grip socks are required for all classes.
Available for purchase at the studio.
Reformer Flow - level 2
For advanced practitioners only. This fast paced, challenging class is designed for clients who have completed at least 20 reformer Pilates classes and at least 10 of them at our studio. Expect advanced sequencing, creative transitions, and focus on precision and power.
Grip socks are required for all classes.

Cancellation Policy
Drop-ins & Class Packs:
You must cancel via your Momence profile more than 12 hours before your scheduled class.
No refunds will be given for classes cancelled 12 hours or less in advance.
Unlimited Membership Holders:
You must cancel via your Momence profile more than 3 hours before your scheduled class.
Cancelling 3 hours or less before class will result in a $10 late cancel fee.
No-shows will result in a $20 no-show fee.
Private Classes (mat and reformer):
You must cancel by calling or texting our studio more than 24 hours before your scheduled class.
A late cancel penalty will apply to any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
Driving Directions
Located at the Wharf in OBA directly above the Cigar Bar.
Drive to the second floor of the parking garage that is closest to the old Toll Bridge. Walk out of the breezeway that heads towards the condos on the canal. Take a left and you will see our sign and door mat.
Private Classes & Bachelorette Groups
We offer private reformer classes, in-studio mat classes, and virtually instructed mat classes. Call or text us at 251.475.6999 for pricing and to book your private class or event.
All private classes must be paid for within 48 hours of booking to secure your spot. If your private session will be held in less than 48 hours after booking, payment is required at time of booking. We are only able to hold your reservation for one hour.
