Born and raised in Orange Beach, Alabama, my journey here began at Orange Beach Elementary School! A true local from the very beginning. My life has always been rooted in movement. From gymnastics and cheer to soccer and dance. I have always strived to maintain an active lifestyle.
That passion led me to study Nutrition Science as a Pre-Med major, where I fell in love with the human body and holistic wellness. Though life took me away at times, Orange Beach always called me back. In 2019, I returned home permanently with a dream to build something meaningful for our community.
In 2020, I became a certified yoga instructor, and I have been practicing Pilates for years before becoming certified to teach on the reformer. Discovering Pilates transformed my relationship with fitness. The blend of strength, flexibility, balance, community, and breathwork was unlike anything I'd experienced.
Creating Pura Vida Pilates is my way of sharing that transformation and passion with all of you. This studio is more than a place to move.. it's a space for connection, growth, and becoming your strongest self. I hope to meet you in the studio soon!

Born in Mobile and rooted in Orange Beach, Alabama, I've spent most of my life navigating the ups and downs that come with growth and change. One constant through it all? Movement.
When life feels chaotic, showing up for yourself physically creates clarity and momentum. In my mid 40s, I feel stronger than ever... not because things got easier, but because I made my health a priority.
Pura Vida Pilates is an extension of that mindset. Chase and I created this space to reflect a life grounded in wellness, connection, and resilience. While I'm mostly behind the scenes-supporting our team and vision, I stay inspired by this community every day.
Outside the studio, you'll find me golfing, cooking, or chasing our golden retriever, Maya. For me, Pura Vida is about choosing to show up.. intentionally, consistently, and fully alive.
